General Terms
Outdoor America Store sells product for legitimate sporting purposes only and all sales are subject to federal and local laws and regulations. As we do our part to be in full compliance of each law and regulation, it is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to investigate and comply with laws that pertain to your specific area. The purchaser is solely responsible for any claims that may arise from the unlawful purchase of items or from misrepresentation of ownership at the time of purchase.
You must be at least 18 years of age to make a purchase from us. Additional restrictions apply to some purchases as required by law.
Outdoor America Store will make every attempt to make sure all content on this site is correct as well as up to date, however we will not be held responsible for typographical errors or omissions.
General Conditions of Sale
All gun sales are final.
All powder, primers, socks, ear plugs, game calls, underwear, arrows and shafts may not be returned or exchanged.
All returns must be accompanied by the original sales receipt.
All returns must be made within 30 days of the original sale.
All returns must be accompanied by the original packaging. The packaging must be resalable.
All returned items must be in new condition and resalable as such.
There will be a 15% restocking fee charged on returned items.
If your original purchase was paid with a check, and you are returning the merchandise within 15 days of the original purchase, your refund will be mailed to you via US Mail.
There is a $30.00 NSF fee payable in cash or certified funds only for returned checks. This fee and the check amount are due within 3 days of notification.

We do not assess additional charges for using Credit Cards.
We do not accept COD orders.
Shipments made to Oklahoma are subject to an 8.375% state sales tax.
Warranty Information
All firearms are warranted by the manufacturer. Any returns should be directed to the manufacturer.
Outdoor America Store will provide shipping information if needed.
There is no warranty on used or consignment guns. All used and consignment guns are checked for function and safety by a certified Outdoor America Store gunsmith.
